Driver CPC refers to new legislation which was introduced in september 2008.
The Legislation has different meanings depending on whether you are an Existing PCV Driver or a New PCV Driver working towards a licence. Existing PCV Driver Are required to have at least 35 hours of accredited training per five years in order to continue to work as a commercial driver. New PCV Driver Are required to pass a second theory and a second practical test in order to gain their Drivers CPC. New drivers will also then be subject to the same requirement for training as an exsisting driver. The easiest way to obtain your 35 hours training is to do 1 day (7hrs) per year.
